Projects of hope as models for a new world

Abstract

Instead of fearing the ‘global crisis’, the author offers a perspective of welcoming destabilisation as a chance for the transformation of society and the self. He gives examples of several projects of the global civil society, which build up sustainable models of the future. Those examples should be identified, supported and taken as living examples for a possible sustainable world. But for the transformation of society we need an individual transformation and new values, which become the source for social and ecological action.
