Abstract

In this article the next essentiel accesses are delineated, as they are seen in the context of Essencia. The 4. C (Caring) is expanding the field of exploration to include the personal context of life and the world and shows, which new perspectives within an transpersonal approach can open up in this way. With the 5. C (Co-creative Manifesting) another dimension of the essentiel is introduced. Here a spectrum of new methods and tools ist depicted. This new range of approaches within the 5. C is then looked at in relation to its potential capacity to transform ones own way of living and its ability to implement sustainable life-styles.
