Abstract

Judgement is a common but dangerous aspect of everyday communication. This article shows ways of understanding the mechanisms of forming judgements in our brain and mind. It analyses the structures of language, which are based on judgement. Finally, approaches in therapy and meditation, which help transform our unconsciously formed judgements into respect and acceptance, are discussed.
