Abstract

The main parts of the theme-centered-interaction – ME, WE, THAT, GLOBE –, created by Ruth Cohn, are shown as well as the human fundamentals of this ‘method’. On the basis o some examples of TZI-workshops the political dimension of this approach will be emphasized.

Dr. phil., Dipl. Psych., born 1945. university lecturer in the Department of Psychology at the University of Hamburg. Approval. Psychotherapist, training in conversational psychotherapy, Gestalt therapy, body therapy (Hakomi with Ron Kurtz, Unitive Psychology with Jacob Stattman); further training in symbol work with Phyllis Krystall, Enneagram with Om C. Parkin, family constellations with Helga Schmidt and Bert Hellinger. Focus of interest: Relationship between psychotherapy and spirituality.
