Abstract
In this article, different accesses to the awakening of Consciousness are described and explained by a variety of tools used in Essencia. This method is elucidated as a transpersonal approach that includes five main “doors”, or “pointers”, that start with the awakening of Consciousness, move to the area of Conscious Relationship and from here to the access to human creative Uniqueness. The Essencia method goes beyond these levels to the realm of Caring for oneself, another and our world, and eventually includes the perspective of Co-creative manifesting, which will be described in part II of this article.
