Wohl denn, mein Hirn, nimm Abschied und gesunde …
Abstract
Everything is in the flow of constant change. Our brain is structured on the basis of the experiences made in growing into the world. Since these are primarily social experiences, the neural connections that are formed are exposed to cultural change. That is why every person and their brain are part of a phylogenetic and ontological development process, in the course of which there are constantly new crises as well as ever new transformations. With our adaptive brain, we humans are able to become aware of our own involvement in these events and to consciously shape our coexistence with other people and other living beings on the basis of our ideas. In doing so, we are constantly challenged to let go of old patterns of thought and action that have meanwhile become obstructive or superfluous.
