Was ist der Mensch? Was ist „das Leben“?
… und was haben Rückführungen und Reinkarnationsarbeit mit diesen Fragen zu tun?
Abstract
This article addresses the meaning, logic, methods and effects of regression therapy and reincarnation work. A distinction is made between different approaches and attitudes. The author is of the opinion that regressions do not have to be an end in themselves in the sense of time travel but rather represent a tool for self-knowledge from a wider, spiritual perspective. It is important to note that each regression is a new, unique experience, which is accompanied and supported by reincarnation work during and after the experience. Often spiritual guides are present who are in contact with the client. The process of regression as such may be accompanied by intense physical, emotional and subtle sensations and perceptions affecting all the senses. The client is not left alone, however, but is supported in a competent, empathetic and loving manner by the reincarnation therapist. During regression, memories arise from the unconscious and can be felt, perceived and experienced; reincarnation work is about integration and transformation. Several case studies illustrate relevant content from previous incarnations of individuals as well as the principles, tools, spontaneous processes and perceived effects used in reincarnation work.
