The integrity of entrepreneurs and managers in leadership positions

Effects of religious and spiritual experiences and orientations on corporate management. A socio-psychological study.

Abstract

Managers and leading executives, who have completed a spiritual training of at least 5 years, were asked about the impact of their spiritual experiences on their personal development as managers, on the social relations in the enterprise, and the organizational culture. One main focus was the relationship between spiritual training and the integrity of leadership behaviour.

born 1940, retired university lecturer for social psychology at the TU Berlin, active primarily in the training of teachers and social pedagogues, Gestalt therapist, co-founder of the Gestaltzentrum Berlin, actively involved in the dissemination of Gestalt pedagogy in Germany.
